We leave lake side Pokhara early in the morning by drive to Kagbeni crossing Kushma Beni along Kali Gandaki valley. The journey transitions from lush greenery to the semi-arid landscape of Mustang. Provide an opportunity to explore world’s deepest gorge, waterfalls, beautiful villages, terraced farmlands, Mountains and Galeshwor temple etc. Pokhara to kagbeni road distance is 170 kilometers / 105 miles and takes 5 to 6 hours to reach.
Evening visit around medieval village, Kagbeni Monastery, Tibetan culture and interact with locals. Explore the sacred confluence of Kali Gandaki and Jhong Khola, feel the spiritual and remember the ancestor and offer pray for them.
